info@bcfaction.comDiante Johnson is the Founder and President of the Black Conservative Federation (BCF), one of the nation's leading organizations focused on political advocacy, civic engagement, leadership development, and minority outreach within the conservative movement. Under Johnson's leadership, BCF has transformed from a grassroots networking initiative into a nationally recognized political organization with influence across media, public policy, campaign strategy, and coalition engagement.
A nationally respected political strategist, communicator, and movement builder, Johnson is widely recognized as a political thought leader, connector, coalition architect, and dynamic organizational leader. Known for his ability to build relationships across political, corporate, faith, and grassroots communities, Johnson has earned a reputation for identifying, developing, and mentoring emerging leaders. Many individuals mentored and developed under his leadership have gone on to serve in government, government relations, political campaigns, public affairs, advocacy organizations, and senior leadership roles nationwide.
Johnson is also recognized for his expertise in strategic communications, coalition building, grassroots mobilization, political operations, leadership development, and minority voter engagement. His leadership style combines visionary thinking with practical execution, making him a sought-after advisor and trusted voice within conservative political circles.
A native of Chicago and former longtime resident of Danville, Illinois, Johnson now resides in the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he continues his work in political leadership, public affairs, and civic engagement on both the state and national level. He ran for his first political office at just 19 years old, beginning a career dedicated to public service, civic engagement, and political empowerment. He is also the published author of Surviving the Wilderness, a leadership-centered book exploring resilience, faith, pressure, purpose, and navigating adversity in leadership.
Johnson currently serves as a sworn member of the Commonwealth of Virginia African American Advisory Commission, appointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin. He previously served as Black Engagement Director for the Youngkin for Governor campaign and played a pivotal role in helping secure the historic Republican victory that flipped Virginia's Governor's Mansion from blue to red. Johnson also contributed to efforts surrounding another successful gubernatorial transition in Illinois, giving him firsthand experience in two significant statewide political victories.
Since 2020, Johnson has served as a trusted advisor to the Republican National Committee on minority engagement and coalition outreach efforts. He also served as an external advisor to the 2024 Donald Trump presidential campaign and previously served on Dr. Ben Carson's presidential campaign team. In 2020, Johnson was elected as an At-Large Delegate representing Illinois at the Republican National Convention and served on the RNC Committee on Permanent Arrangements.
Throughout his career, Johnson has advised and worked on numerous local, state, and national campaigns, specializing in political strategy, voter outreach, field operations, coalition engagement, organizational development, and campaign infrastructure. He formerly served as a Senior Partner at Krason, Wolf, and Associates, where he specialized in team building, campaign organization, coalition strategy, leadership development, and large-scale political operations.
Johnson is a nationally recognized media commentator and public speaker, frequently appearing on major national outlets including Fox News, CNN, Newsmax, and One America News Network. His commentary and political analysis have also been featured in the Washington Examiner and The Daily Caller.
Recognized as one of the nation's influential rising conservative voices, Johnson has been named to Newsmax and Red Alert Politics' "30 Under 30" list and continues to shape national conversations surrounding politics, leadership, culture, civic engagement, and minority outreach.
Jonathon Westbrook, Senior Vice President of the Black Conservative Federation, is a seasoned law enforcement leader, educator, and public policy professional with nearly two decades of experience protecting communities and developing leaders.
During his law enforcement career in Kansas City, Kansas, Jonathon has led patrol operations, guided investigations, and advanced public safety through accountability and service. In 2020, he was selected as a White House Fellow, advising senior officials on government modernization, first-responder mental health, and support for minority-owned businesses.
Jonathon also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Donnelly College, teaching leadership, management, and supervision. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership from Donnelly College.
His work reflects BCF's commitment to faith, family, freedom, economic empowerment, and strong communities.
Our Executive Vice President, Marquita Bushrod, grew up in Nyack, New York, and Forest, Virginia, gaining early exposure to diverse political cultures. Raised by parents who emphasized research, critical thinking, and biblical values, she developed a passion for politics in high school and embraced her conservative beliefs. She later earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in management and leadership from Liberty University, and in 2007 interned for Congresswoman Virginia Foxx.
Marquita's previous leadership roles include serving as Vice Chair of the Charles County Republican Central Committee and Assistant State Director for Maryland Blexit. She currently serves as an Ambassador for Project 21 and is an active member of Maryland Republican Women Empowered. In 2022, she ran for State Delegate in Maryland's 28th District, focusing on individual freedoms, school choice, common-sense governance, and accountability.
As a wife and mother, Marquita remains a dedicated advocate for educational access and economic opportunity, believing both are essential to expanding pathways for minority communities and strengthening families.
Corrin Rankin serves as Chairwoman of the Black Conservative Federation and Vice Chair of the California Republican Party.
Growing up in Menlo Park, Corrin Rankin started working at a young age in her father's bail bonds business, which he founded in 1968. She would later take over the family business after working for almost a decade with some of Silicon Valley's leading tech companies. This private-sector experience gave her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to navigate government regulations, build successful operations, and solve complex problems, a skill set she brings to her leadership in the California Republican Party.
When the bail bonds industry came under threat, Corrin took action. She became a leader in the movement to protect the bail industry and take on soft-on-crime policies, like AB 109, being pushed by left-wing politicians in Sacramento. In 2014, when a George Soros-backed organization tried to abolish bail in California, Corrin challenged the lawsuit while then-Attorney General Kamala Harris refused to. Her leadership in this fight not only protected a vital public safety mechanism but also demonstrated her ability to organize, advocate, and win against well-funded liberal attacks.
In 2016, Corrin served as an on-air surrogate for the Trump for President campaign and as a whip for Mr. Trump at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. As the 2016 statewide coalition director for African Americans for Trump, Corrin was at the outset of a movement that would propel Donald Trump to the White House in 2016 and again in 2024.
Corrin was elected as California Republican Party Central Valley Vice Chair in 2021. Understanding that a winning formula needed to be developed, she focused on supercharging Republican efforts in the Central Valley, a region critical to flipping seats and defending key Republican-held districts. Under her leadership, the Central Valley elected new Republican Congressman John Duarte, and Republicans successfully defended Congressman David Valadao in a targeted district. She also played a key role in mobilizing Republican victories at the state and local levels, proving that her approach could be scaled beyond one region. This winning model, built on aggressive voter registration, targeted outreach, and strong coalition-building, is proof that Republican victories are possible across California when the right strategy is applied.
Elected as California Republican Party Vice Chair in 2023, Corrin has spent the last two years traveling throughout California, assisting with voter registration, fundraising, supporting Republican candidates, and growing the party. She also served as a national surrogate for President Trump's 2024 campaign, ensuring that Republican values and conservative principles continue to gain ground in the state. Corrin has been a consistent advocate for leveraging the lessons of private-sector problem solving to build a stronger, more effective Republican Party operation.
Corrin knows that the future of the California Republican Party depends on results, not rhetoric. By applying her private-sector problem-solving approach, she is committed to replicating the Central Valley's successful Republican model statewide. Her vision is clear: build an organization that doesn't just react but proactively builds a pathway to victory for Republicans up and down the ballot.
In her spare time, Corrin enjoys spending time with her husband, Arron, their kids, and grandkids.
Harrison Fields has built his career at the highest levels of state and federal government, amassing nearly a decade of experience in political communications and strategic messaging. Most recently, he served as Principal Deputy Press Secretary and Special Assistant to the President in the Trump Administration, where he was one of the President's most senior communicators. In this role, he worked closely with the Secretaries of Treasury, Education, Energy, Housing and Urban Development, the Attorney General, and the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, helping to lead messaging strategy for major legislation, presidential executive orders, and administration policies.
During the Trump-Vance campaign, he was entrusted with key responsibilities on the presidential campaign and transition, serving as both a Sherpa and national surrogate. In these roles, he carried the administration's message across national and state media while playing an integral part in establishing the incoming administration.
In President Trump's first administration, Harrison served as a White House spokesperson, presidential writer, and Assistant Press Secretary, shaping and advancing the President's priorities through disciplined and effective communications.
On Capitol Hill, Harrison held senior roles as Communications Director and Senior Advisor to Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL), while also advising the Congressman's campaign. Earlier in his career, he served as a communications aide to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Across these roles, Harrison has consistently been entrusted with shaping messaging on the most complex and consequential issues in national and state politics. He has advised top leaders through high-profile crises, legislative battles, and policy rollouts, earning a reputation for strategic insight, media savvy, and disciplined execution. His ability to craft compelling narratives, anticipate political challenges, and provide trusted counsel at the highest levels underscores his standing as one of Washington's most effective and experienced communicators. Harrison lives in Northern Virginia and is married with two daughters.
Quenton Jordan serves as Senior Advisor to the President of the Black Conservative Federation (BCF), bringing extensive experience in leadership, strategy, management consulting, and organizational development. He has served BCF in numerous capacities, including as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, a role he held for eight years.
A native of Chicago's South Side, Quenton earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hampton University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Recognized as a Rising Leader by both the Heritage Foundation and the Republican National Committee, Quenton has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to strengthening underrepresented communities. In his role as Senior Advisor to the President, he helps advance BCF's strategic priorities and ensure the organization continues delivering on its mission.
Quenton is also a management consultant who works closely with leading financial institutions and government agencies. He has appeared extensively in national media, including Newsmax and Fox News, and has been featured on numerous podcasts throughout the country.
He is based in Washington, D.C.
Dwayne Moore is a New York-based political commentator, educator, small-business leader, and former candidate for the New York State Assembly. Before entering politics, Moore worked as a teacher and college counselor and built a successful career in entertainment as a professional model and actor, appearing in national advertising campaigns, television, and film. His diverse professional and life experiences allow him to bring a unique perspective to conversations ranging from domestic and international affairs to education, business, faith, politics, and American culture.
In 2024, Moore ran for State Assembly in Southeast Queens, where Republican voter registration numbers were in the single digits. Despite these challenges, he nearly quadrupled the Republican vote share, something that had not been done in decades. His campaign demonstrated an ability to connect with voters beyond traditional party lines while remaining firmly grounded in his conservative principles, Christian faith, and unapologetically pro-American worldview. He currently serves as Chief of Staff of the Black Conservative Federation, engaging with federal officials and national leaders on public policy and civic initiatives. Today, Moore regularly contributes thoughtful, in-depth commentary on current affairs across national news media and digital platforms, drawing on his experiences in education, business, entertainment, and politics to offer a distinctive perspective on the issues shaping America and the world.
Rod is a Florida business attorney and proud U.S. Navy veteran. He enlisted in the Navy at the age of 17 and served from 2008 to 2014. He primarily served as the Assistant Engagement Control Officer and Tactical TOMAHAWK Strike Warfare Work Center Supervisor onboard USS The Sullivans (DDG 68) in Mayport, Florida. Rod went on to earn his bachelor's degree, with honors, from Florida International University in 2016 and Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2020.
Rod's career experience includes interning at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, the White House, Office of White House Counsel, and the National Labor Relations Board, Office of General Counsel. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable David Goldman, U.S. Administrative Law Judge.
Rod then received a presidential appointment to serve as counsel to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross, at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he provided legal advice and guidance on all matters related to the 2020 Decennial Census, Bureau of Industry and Security, congressional correspondence, congressional oversight, and FOIA litigation. Rod also served as a director for the RNC's 2020 GOP Convention in Jacksonville, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C.
Rod ran as a GOP Candidate for Florida's 22nd Congressional District in the 2022 midterm election cycle. Prior to his congressional campaign, Rod represented and counseled small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups on business, corporate governance, and litigation related matters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
